Care to join us?

If the answer is yes, here are four simple (and free!) things you can do to help our cause:

Say Hi!
I LOVE hearing from readers. So if you’ve got a minute to spare, shoot me an e-mail or leave a comment to say hi. It would totally make my day.

Stay Connected
We’re starting a revolution, people! Stay in the loop and don’t get left behind! Receive the latest ABL articles via Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, or RSS.

Shout It From The Rooftops
The best way for a revolution to spread is by word of mouth. Help your family, friends, and the world grow their balls by linking to your favorite ABL articles on Facebook, Twitter, or on your own website or blog. Shout it from the rooftops!

Rock My World
My passion is to work with people who have undergone a life-changing crisis (the death of a loved one, a serious illness, or a divorce/ break-up), and who are inspired by their pain to build a brave new life through the pursuit personal goals. If this applies to someone you know, rock my world by letting him or her know that I offer counseling via e-mail, telephone, or Skype.

Thank you to all ABL readers/ Cojones Crusaders. You give meaning to my work. You are the heart and soul of this project. You are the cheese to my macaroni.

Hi Tess, welcome aboard! Sorry to hear about your Sunday night panic attacks. There are probably hundreds of thousands of people hyperventilating right along with you right now, so you’re not alone! ;) I will continue writing about career-related shifts and the courage (and time) it takes to make them, so stay tuned. Thanks so much for checking out ABL and I look forward to hearing from you again.
